Environment Health shows red cross at IIS column
Question

Hi guys ,


In our environment we see a red cross at the IIS column. The error is "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found". I can remote and connect to the server. Also I have problems in consuming a web service. 

Yesterday we had problems in server. We were able to open the console but not the remote. But now the server is running ok and users can use the application.

Did this ever happen to you?

Hi John,

The best thing to do in order to solve the issue quickly is open a support ticket.

Some things you can try yourself:

  • Make sure IIS is started
  • Perform an IIS reset and see if it fixes the issue
  • Make sure all related OutSystems window services are running (OutSystems Deployment Controller Service, Scheduler service, Deployment Service)

I reset ISS and I resolved the problem.

Hi! I am new on Outsystems and I started facing the same issue "red cross on IIS column".

In my case, the IIS restart don't fixed the issue.

I'd like to know if someone got a fix to that issue three years ago.
