You can change it from the component directly after you install it in your environment. It should be straight forward enough. 

Thanks! I am uploading a new version right now that fixes this. To make sure you get the updated information:

1. Update component from the Forge.

2. In the Site Properties, set ReimportCountriesAndCountryStates = True

3. Run the "DoBootstrapGeo" Timer.
