Free Account Limitations (Continued)
Question

Hello -

I noticed there is a post called "Free Account Limitations" but the selected answer did not address my question:

If I want users to access my app using the free version, is a link to my outsystems cloud the only way for them to access it? E.g.: https://"username".outsystemscloud.com/"appname" Or is there a way to create a different link?

How are apps accessed in Basic , Standard and Enterprise?

As Daniel highlighted changing the name is not possible for the free edition.

For enterprise the default url is https://"username".outsystemsenterprise.com/"appname" however you can change it to your own domain name: https://success.outsystems.com/Support/Enterprise_Customers/Maintenance_and_Operations/Custom_DNS_names_for_OutSystems_Cloud_servers

Not sure what you mean for that last question, but standard and enterprise editions can be installed either on cloud or in your own datacenters

Hi Edwin,

In your personal environment you cannot change the base URL.

In contrary, in the paid versions of OutSystems this is possible.

Regards,

Daniel
