Can you believe we’re already on project #19?! A quick note on that, two of the selected projects have been withdrawn as they lost institutional support that was needed, and another idea is part of an existent infrastructure. This means we have three additional project slots open up! (This also means we’ll go to project #22 in our numbering.)
Now, let’s deep dive on today’s update!
Project #19
Family Planning Association is an NGO that runs 40 clinics across India, providing reproductive health services, including pre and post-natal care. With the onset of the pandemic, the majority of these clinics are now at the frontline providing essential care as well. This idea would be to create an app that allows service providers in these clinics to conduct screenings and counseling, as well as provide services remotely. This would benefit the high-risk population, such as pregnant women and their families, elderly population, people with pre-existing conditions, with symptoms or with a history of exposure to infected individuals.

Technical feasibility of using the OutSystems platform
Project team commitment to build and run the project
Availability of relevant subject matter experts in the team
