Hello Sir/Madam,
I had a voucher for the Associate Web Developer exam. On the exam day, got checked by 3-4 proctors and got an error. My exam was not launched. I had mailed the prometric[proctor] support they asked me to contact exam sponsor. I had dropped a mail to the training section of OutSystems but yet not received any reply. I am wondering, whether I will get a new voucher or reschedule for the same. It's been 10+ days now. Can anyone please assist me to reschedule the exam?
Hi Priyanka,
I had similar experience, what I did is go to the Proctoru site again, logged in and rescheduled to another day and time.
Regards,
Daniel

Hello Daniël,
Thanks for your reply. I had tried the same, but I get an error for rescheduling exam.
I have been trying this since that day, but I get the same "Unexpected error"!

Hi,
Please raise a support ticket for this and partially you can chase Proctor.
Thanks!

Hello Jitendra,
I have already done that.
They asked me to contact exam sponsor.i.e. OutSystems [if am wrong here, please correct me].
Ok, Great.now you just need to track and escalate as this was not your fault. keep track of ticket and follow-up closely.
Jitendra,
I had waited for many days, around a week. That time I had clicked on Escalate tab. In total, its been more than 2 weeks and there is no response yet.
Ok, I can understand your frustration but believe me you will get out of this soon.1. Click on escalation on the OS site and try to connect through call.2. Also, try to connect through the call to the ProProctor support team.
See,
1] I have not tried OS call yet, because I don't have that facility on my phone. I will need to activate it soon.
2] Proproctor support team I have called many times but no one received.
If you are not able to reschedule it and getting error.I would suggest to open a support case with OutSystems

Hello Salman,
I have already done that on Date: 27th April, 2020. But, no response there.
I didn't have to search for existing appointment, the originally scheduled order was still there and had a Reschedule button, that got me straight to the page where I can select a new date and time.
Yes, Daniël! I have a reschedule button too! Please check the image, I have shared at the start.
When I click on reschedule I am directed to this page where unexpected error occurs.
I mean the following screen where the Reschedule button is:
I see. Ok, When does is this displayed or this screen appears? Because when I click on Reschedule button it directs to this following screen:
After 5 seconds, it is automatically directed to next following screen. When I fill the details, there is an unexpected error.
I think it is a complete different site on which your exam is scheduled. Mine is on https://www.proctoru.com and I get that screen I shared when I login.
Pleas ignore my comments, I wasn't aware it is a different website that your exam is scheduled on.
Oh, Daniël! Now, I got why you said proctoru earlier, I thought it is just a typo for proctor.
Yes, this site is different. Sorry, neither was I aware of this.
No worries.

Hi All,
Same issue here as well.First time I was able to start the exam. Just after 20 mins I got disconnected. From the next joining onwards I was getting disconnected within 5 mins. But same time I was able to talk to Procter, means there was no internet interruption (But was getting error popup with error code:BB01040).After one day I got the score card as well.I logged a ticket with prometric, but they are saying to contact with course owner. What should I do now?....... :-(Thanks,
Suman
