[Simple OCR] Unable to load DLL 'pvt.cppan.demo.google.tesseract.libtesseract400.dll'

Question

We use this component in an application. In the development environment is works fine. In the production environment we get the error:

Unable to load DLL 'pvt.cppan.demo.google.tesseract.libtesseract400.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)

We looked on the application server but could not see any difference between the develop en the production environment and all the DLL's where at the correct locations with the same timestamp

Can you possibly help us in finding the issue ?

Hello Daan,

Are there any difference at the folder OutSystems\Platform Server\running\<your espace>\bin2 between the dev and the prod?
In this case, <your espace> means your applicaiton that depends on SimpleOCR extension.
