[Firebase Cloud Message Plugin] App Hangs when calling InitPushNotifications function in iOS

Hi, 

Recently we updated to the latest version from MABS 4.2 and generated the app on MABS 6.1. Everything works fine in Dev environment. 

However, when we use test flight to distribute the app, the app hangs when we call the InitPushNotifications function.

The behaviour seems similar to this https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-push/issues/2296

Anyone experienced this issue?

All is ok on android.
