I'm getting an error related to the use of the UIWebView when submitting my app to the apple store.
Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Since April Apple refuses apps with UIWebView. You must use WKWebView.
You can read more about it here.
The component is probably using an outdated Cordoba library. Because it is so recent, I can't say for you to get an updated version...
Can you try a different one?
