[SAML Platform Authentication] Unable to login to SAML Platform BackOffice after upgrade to 1.0.3

After upgrading the SAML Platform Authentication app to the latest version, I can no longer log into the BackOffice to look at the SAML Logs.  It doesn't respect any of the usernames and passwords including the platform admin account. Is there something that needs to be configured different in LifeTime after the upgrade?  The SAML auth still works for all the apps except the BackOffice.
