[Advanced Excel] "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

While using Worksheet_GetProperties action getting :

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." error.

I am just opening the sheet and passing the workbook to get properties action.

How to solve this error?

This is a known issue and we are working on getting this released in a stable version.

Please use version 2.1.25 (Under Development) and see if this resolves your problem?

I have the same problem and tried with version 2.2.1 but still message "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
