You can go to the forge, and download from there, then follow this instruction (https://success.outsystems.com/Documentation/11/Getting_started/Use_a_Forge_Component_Made_by_the_Community)

Other way is using the Forge tab on the service studio and install from there.

You can add the component via "add dependencies" 

Then check the component

Then use the "CameraArea" or "CameraAreaContinuous" (this is webblock) in the screen
