I tried to integrate this component on my mobile app.

However, I encountered the following error 'Unable to query supported devices'.

Hello,

It is very likely that you need to request permissions to use the camera within the application. There is a component in the Forge for this.

I have tested the component only on the Web (both mobile and PC) but not within an application.

As the component uses HTML5, the permission is requested by the browser, but in your case, the application has to authorize this permission first.
