how can add validation for uploading files allow to upload( pdf, png and jpg) only

You can check https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/7202/file-type-file-extension for example.

It's quite possible this question has been already raised, so you could look for those as well.

You can add filter by filetype of uploaded Images in your upload action,
