[Simple OCR] Can I Create And Extension Or Using Resource Folder For Use My Trainned Data?

I Have Problem With DataPath does Not Exist,

i'm using filesystem plugin to get the path but it's not working

i'm trying to access resource folder with this path

Path_GetApplicationDirectory.ApplicationDirectory + "\Resource\tessdata"

and using url to from my pcpath is not working, this is data what i want to access as trained data for OCR to detect car license plate
