[Salesforce Connector] Unable to connect to the Salesforce sandbox

Hi,

I can able to connect to the Salesforce through my personal environment , but I am unable to login using "Salesforce Login" action from "Salesforce connector" in the enterprise environment. I have given the correct sand box url, my username and password +security token of that sandbox environment while configuring the action,

The error I am facing is,

Even I checked the Work bench to get the session URL both are same only.

Kindly help me in this.

Hi Venkatesh

You might be using an incorrect url. Try to login to Developer WorkBench using your Sandbox Username and Password (without the security token). Once logged in, you should be able to see the URL by checking your session information.
