I see the dropdown gets bounded within a container when using a list, but when the web block directly used in a container dropdown width is full.

If a new menu will not be added from the back office in future, you can use the web block directly in Menu block by passing the id from expression to menu2 web block.
I will analyze more to get full width in list.
