The question you have asked has a vast scope. Just a single line asking a feature-rich application, I hope you can understand how complex will be to answer. Should one help you with the Data Modal, UI/UX, Features, Risks, or what? Or are you expecting to receive a complete guide from someone to build an application like UBEREATS! 

See, the questions are always welcomed but please try to ask them with the straightforward objective of challenges you are facing while coding something. Not about a complete project which someone even cannot start without the BRD, SOW kind of documents.
