[Crash Reporting Plugin (Firebase)] missing required dSYMs

Hi TEAM,

When I go to firebase console I can see the number of crashes.

But for the crash details I need to upload the DSYM file for any ios app.

How and where I can get the DSYM file for an out systems mobile app?
