We are trying to connect to an IDB2 data base from service center database connection, when we are trying to test our connection it is giving us a communication error as shown in the image below.
we have installed the IBM DB2 iAccess software in Outsystems Server.
Can anyone suggest on how to use the port number in the basic configuration or
any Advanced configuration format that helps us in solving the above error.

Have you tried an Advanced Configuration using one of the following connectionstring formats?

Yes, we have tried the advanced configuration using the connection string formats available from that link but it did not work out.

Let me see if I can find someone who can help you that has experience with this.
It seems you are trying to connect external database to your enterprise dev server. Before creating database connection, check with network team about the OS port is opened for connection with external DB.
Due to security reasons, enterprise organizations will maintain closed connections. Think about it.
