After adding the plugin for file transfer to perform a file download action on mobile applications, I now am confused on how to key in the following:

• download address to retrieve the file from an entry in the internal database in my environment 
• the device download location

Would appreciate it if I have a sample URL that I can reference to. The sample app that I checked simply mentioned that I need the server base URL variable and chosen file variable, but I have no idea how to fill those in
