I need to install the ultimate pdf on a server (Traditional Web - OS 10) that doesn't have internet access. I tried looking for some tutorial (step by step) but I didn't find anything. I know this component needs some installation requirements, namely chromium and site properties...
Can someone tell me what steps I need to take?

You will need to download a Chrome revision from https://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?prefix=Win_x64/ (download the file chrome-win.zip) and extract it into the folder {Temp}\.local-chromium\Win64-{Revision}\ where {Temp} and {Revision} are replaced, respectively, with the path of the temporary folder and the revision number you have downloaded.
You should also change the site properties in UltimatePDF module, to use this revision by default.
This process is now changing to use the management app (https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/11585/ultimate-pdf-management), but that is not available for OS 10.
