Hi all, 

I have a question about the telegram connector. Is there a way to automatically save images received in a group directly to Google Drive? In a way, my question is really about is there a way to listen to the messages and set up further actions corresponding to the message.

I don't really understand about webhooks, is it what that is for ? I tried to find explanations and examples, but I cannot find much.
