I installed the widget in my personal and it is not processing time correctly.
1) Hours after 12:00 PM are plotted as AM
2) There is one hour difference (I guess this is related to the personal environment daylights since it is also visible in service center)
See the examples below. I included the start date value in the title.

I believe I fixed it.
1) Change Time Action in the FormatJSDateTime Server Action to format has "HH:mm:ss"
2) In this function, also set the timezone input parameter to 1. I know, it is a quick and dirty fix :-)
