Hi, congratulations for this great component! 

I was just trying to scrape a Reactive Web Screen in my project but immediately faced an issue: the page's asynchronous behavior will never be fast enough to display back the results on the page so that NScrape can fetch them. Any idea on how to deal with this e.g. a time delay or waiting for a certain selector on screen*?
