When installing new version of Outdoc 8.0.7, we got this message :

Hi Toto,

As is mentioned in the last version release, it requires a Platform Server upgrade to version 11.14.0 due to an improved authentication mechanism.

I can confim this since my PE is on version 11.14.0 an OutDoc works fine on my side.

Thanks Nordin for the answer.

But in my case, it is not possible to immediately upgrade the platform to 11.14.

Any workaround for this ?

Other than installing an older version of OutDoc, I guess there's no workaround.

Yes, but we already tried version : 8.0.4 to 8.0.7, no luck.

Will try version 3.0.10.
