We had trouble retrieving the max 10 additional Attributes that can be sent via de Message_Send action and retrieved by the Message_Receive action. 

The solution was simple, yet not mentioned anywhere. Make sure the MessageAttributeNames input of Message_Receive is filled with a text list with the exact name MessageAttributeNames, otherwise the action will not retrieve your additional attributes AND won't give you any kind of feedback or error.
