I've recently installed the timer map but I am having trouble getting the application to work. The Calendar Timer Runs and Heatmap Timer Runs are empty with no data. Is there some sort of configuration that needs to be set in Service Studio to make this app work with my environment?

found the problem, TimerMap isn't compatible with Oracle; will have a look at it
