Hi everyone 

Now there are two columns of data,  I want to Group BY the first column(the yellow place),  and then the first column is used as a filter to select the data of the second column.

I have now realized that the second column is the data selected by the first column as a filter, but how should I Group By the first column.


Any suggestion is appreciated.
