I'm trying to convert & download a small file but getting timeout error.
Based on some article, I have added ".local-chromium" manually in the in C:\Windows\Temp folder and given everyone write permission but still its giving timeout.
Looks like a proxy issue. May I know which URL need to be added in the proxy? and which user needs write access on the folder.
Hi Jim. If your server cannot reach the revision repositories to download the browser revision, then I suggest you go to the Configuration screen on the Ultimate PDF Management console:
Disable the option "Automatically download browser revisions". You can also upload a revision using this same console, on the Browser Revisions screen.
The temporary folder should be created automatically with the correct privileges, and there's no need for you to change anything on the filesystem directly.
I am sorry for opening this forum but where do I find the above "Ultimate PDF Management console", How to access this can anyone please help me out?
