you need to directly open the PowerShell commander , then it will open in integration studio.

After that Integration studio open Automatically, then you select your Envirenmet.

After that steep, you need to input your Environment credential  .......

Then click on connect..

After that click on publish Button 

Now PowerShell Commander Install in your Environment.

Now where you want to use this Manage dependency and use it.
