The ETC feedback tool does not always capture the username of the person providing the feedback. Normally the feedback identifies the REPORTER field but, for some users, their name never shows in the Reporter field. Instead, it always substitutes the reporter's name with another one (which is always the same) 

Our Applications are Reactive and we have made no changes to the component

Has anyone else ever faced such behavior while using the ECT Feedback Tool?
