I'm having trouble accessing the component, after installing and accessing it shows the following message (Monitoring is disabled "Manage Infrastructure and Users" permission is required to enable monitoring) 

I checked this permission "Manage Infrastructure and Users" and the user I am using is as environment administrator. 

Another point is that this lifetime is installed in the development environment, I don't know if this could be a problem for the component's functioning. 

Any idea what this problem could be?
