I am not sure if this is related to the component or from our AD side. We have a user whose without a manager, I am able to see the Manager as empty when searching the user in the outlook address book, but when fetching his details from the Active Directory component in outsystems I am getting the old manager of that user whose left the company whose not available in our Ad anymore.  I need the details fetched to be accurate and the manager to be empty if there is no manager. Maybe there is a caching mechanism used for the Active Directory component that caused that.
