I was wondering if this component supports SFTP protocol.
In fact, the FTP address changed to SFTP and the component stopped returning, I don't know if it will actually be because the SFTP protocol is not supported.
If it is not supported, what solution can I adopt.

This is an old projet that is already using Extension FtpWebRequest, but it stopped returning, and I´m trying to understand why. The customer said that they change to the SFTP protocol using the port 22, so I´m wondering if this change is the cause of the problem.
That´s why I want to know if the extension support SFTP, and only after that I decide what to do.
SFTP and FTP are not compatible. If your client switched to SFTP, you'll need to use one of the SFTP assets.
