Hi everyone,
I try to install a forge but 1st time I use the account with do not have permission to install it, and found an error about No permission.
Then my tech lead who has permission to install the application, try to install the same forge again but now we found the error "Application Lock unavailable: The application is already being published" instead. (Error Picture as attached file)
And we waited for 3 hrs, and try to install it again but always found this error. There is no forge show in our environment too.
Does anyone found this issue before? Would you please give me a suggestion?

Hope you're doing well.
It seems that you're deployment is stuck for some reason.
My suggestion is that you try to restart your Deployment Controller Service and try again.

If you use OutSystems cloud, you can log-in "OutSystems LifeTime >> Environment ", and there is 'Restart service' .

Thank you for your reply. I am working on a personal environment and can't seem to find any option to restart my server. If there is any other way in which I can solve this issue then please let me know.

Since I only found restart service, can solve this issue.
Maybe in case of a personal environment, you can open a case to OutSystems support team to do that. Hope they can help you.
