Hi, I am working on implementing this in my application. First, however, I am unsure whether I can use it, as I am developing in Reactive, but this asset specifies Traditional Web - does it also work for Reactive?

Yes you can use it in a Reactive application. As you will just be using it on the server side, you just use a server action from the component.
We have used it in many Reactive application with no issues.
