Need help generating the IOS build. It says "The cordova-plugin-qrscanner is not compatible with the swift Language Version"

I tried adding this to my App's extensibility config as well as adding it to the extensibility config of the plugin itself but no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thank you.
