Hello everyone!

Happy to announce that we just launched new editions of the remote OutSystems Developer School: in the US (available in 3 time zones to cover as many locations as possible), EMEA, and APAC.

What is it?

2 weeks of training in OutSystems (Reactive), with access to the Reactive certification exam, plus career advice to land a job within our ecosystem and network with partners and customers who are hiring. All of this for free.

What will participants get?

• Will be trained in OutSystems (Associate Reactive Developer level) by an experienced trainer (3.5 hours per day, on weekdays)
• Those who attend all classes will receive a certification voucher worth $200 upon completion (of the Reactive certification exam)
• Profiles will be shared with companies looking for OutSystems developers.

Is it for me? Or can I recommend it to a colleague/friend?

The ideal candidate for our Developer Schools is developers with at least 2+ years of experience in software development, motivated to learn about the OutSystems platform, and eager to excel in a career with their newfound OutSystems skills. We are looking for participants who are looking to find/change jobs in the next two months and who have experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or other low-code platforms. Recent graduates of computer science are also welcome. At the end of the training, we will connect them directly with our partners and customers who are actively hiring within that region.

What will we evaluate to select the 25 participants?

When reviewing each application, we take into consideration the following criteria:

• completed the registration form and the tech assessment, which is sent after registration;
• level of knowledge and experience with traditional coding languages;
• motivation to start a career as an OutSystems developer;
• region of the candidate.
