Hi Sanjay Bankar,

In the Users application, click Configure Authentication in the right sidebar. In Authentication choose Internal only and save it.
User Application can be access through <your-environment-url>/Users. If you do not have the access then please ask to user IT admin to do the changes. Also note that doing this change will reflect in every application.

Hi Sanjay Bankar,

Create one user in OKTA portal with same username and password that you use to access user's module.

Open user's module and enter newly created username and password you will be logged-in.

After that follow @Pankaj Jain 's step.

I have resolved it by raising support request on Outsystems Protal because my Users application was also not opening and Okta login was applied to it also .
