Are there are a number of extensions missing from the application that it references? 

No, there are no missing references.  If you encounter this, it means you have not installed the pre-requisite dependencies.  See further detailed support notes to help in the event you encounter this. 

See documented requirements below which are located in the forge Overview and Versions sections.  Even if Service Studio may flag it as not compatible with your environment.  You can still download from Forge manually and install it manually in Service Studio or Service Center in the following order (Orbit Suite, Orbit Suite Data Manager) as long as you download the correct version which has the minimum requirements for your environment.  If you have a personal environment, you may also install it there first to try it out. We will be publishing a new version to update to latest version of OutSystems UI 2.15.0 which was published today.  Let us know if you are still having issues, we would be happy to setup a call with you to help you get it installed.

Requirements & Supported Configurations

  • OutSystems Version 11.16.0 (Build 35766) or later
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (supported since Platform Server 11 – Release Oct.2019 CP2) or Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2
  • Service Studio 11.14.6 or later
  • OutSystems UI 2.9.0 or later
  • OutSystems Sample Data 2.7.0 or later

Latest Orbit Suite 4.4.13 published on February 15th 2023 dependencies

  • OutSystems Version 11.18.0 
  • Orbit Suite 4.4.10
  • OutSystems Sample Data 2.9.0
  • OutSystems UI 2.14.0
