I'm hitting this message when installing this asset in my Personal Cloud
Hi,
You CANNOT use the IPP portal to transfer IPP from personal environment to a paid license.
You have 3 options:
1. Upload to the Forge. Then download and after that remove from the Forge.
2. Upload to forum and download.
Both options are discouraged to be used by OutSystems, and make your code available to the community. If that is not an option, then;
3. Contact OutSystems support and ask them to remove the IPP explaining your situation. They will review it and most likely help you. https://success.outsystems.com/Support/Personal_Environment/Move_apps_from_your_personal_to_an_enterprise_subscription

@Daniel Kuhlmann isn't that a task for the author of the Forge component?
Hi Erwin,
I just realized it is about a Forge component. That is strange to get this ipp error
Hey @Erwin van Rijsewijk, thanks for raising this - that's the first time I come across this error as well with Forge components. I was able to replicate it in a secondary personal environment, so I've reached out to OutSystems for assistance on this.
Will keep this thread updated.
Thanks,
Ossama
Hi @Erwin van Rijsewijk OutSystems seems to have addressed the issue, looks like an IP related bug in the Forge. Enjoy!
@Ossama Ghanem it's working now!
