Question

When I try to create a new application in Personal Environment, I get the following error. How should I deal with it?

Some Service Studio resources were not found, please perform a reinstall. A default Application will be created.

Solution

You can try to re-install the service studio once. If re-installation won't work you can try below steps.

1. You can search your problem in troubleshooting page.

2. If you don't find your issue there. You can raise a ticket to the Outsystem Support page. They will surely help you for your problem.

3. You can create a new support case and mention your issue in details or with screen shot.
