Dear all,

i would like to inform everyone who is using this component, that this version is now deprecated and replaced by a complete new forge component Adobe Acrobat Services.

The current version uses Version 2 of Adobe PDF Services API. An outdated XML and multipart based HTTP API. Adobe released a complete new and REST based API (Version 3) late last year. While Version 2 will still work for customers who have a paid subscription until 2024 you are forced to use Version 3 for all trials and new subscriptions starting from June 1st 2023.

The changes that come with that transition are so fundamental that i decided to create a complete new forge component, than updating the existing one. The new Adobe Acrobat Services component is much easier to use, especially status polling is now directly built into the component.
