There should be an option to disable/enable feature toggle logs to general log .
With the grow of feature toggle usabe our general log is almost full of messages from this app and have a low readability.
This can be done as a quick win.

We have same issue. Feature Toggle Library component pollutes General Log with tones of messages like {"Key":"update_application_status_rabbitmq","IsOn":true}. Disabling all audit logs on for all the modules where the component is used is not a solution.
We believe that simple solution for disabling the above-mentioned messages can be adding Site Property to the Feature Toggle Library to disable audit logs.

+1 for disabling the general log message in the FeatureToggle_IsOn action (or at least make it configurable).
We, also, have the problem of the general log getting flooded.
