Once the file returns in binary format and I download it as an mp4 file I cannot play it and get the following error. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What is the extension of a file it is returning after download, also can you check the properties of the downloaded files,And have you tried this with different player, ca you also attach a file that will really help to understand the issue.
