1. Currently we are using MS Azure Key vault configuration with public access, but we need avoid this public access and we need to configure Managed identities azure function to avoid the public access. 

2. We already done all the changes in azure level for these managed identities but need to configure this managed access (systems assigned or User assigned) in the outsystems level.
