Hello José, Are you asking how to open the Manage Dependencies tab? To do that you need to click on the plug item on the top. After that, you open a window like the print you post. And you just need to search for the StarRating :)
By clicking on apply, you add the reference that you need. Best regards,

You can check this forge compound and install it and after that take the manage dependencies then you will find star rating client action.
