Has someone experienced this kind of error when viewing the office files using the Reactive Web Previewer? See the picture below.
Note that it is working only when I click to view an image file but when it is an office file, it's not. I tried implementing it to my personal environment, but image and office files are working fine so I assume it has to do with the server I am working with. Tried it also in reqbin to check if the REST API is ok and this is what I get. Do you think it has to do with the server I am working with not being an https? Thank you.

Please check in Service Center what the actual error is. On the stack trace of the error you will probably find the location of the code where the error occurred.
If you have the actual error and you don't know how to fix it, then share it here in the discussion.

There really are no error logs except for the https connection required, which I only tried because I wondered if it would work with only http and did not, so I'm at a loss.
I'm having the same problem. Did you manage to solve it somehow?
There are no log records in the service center
