[Validation Tools] New NIF prefix 75x

Hi,

I´m trying to add a NIF started with 75x but the validator indicates " Invalid number".

Locally I was able to adapt the validator to workaround the problem but I always prefer to use the Forge components instead of change it.

In my research, there is no restriction to the second number in the Law (DL 14/2013)

Can you update the component?
