I implemented the barcode scanning feature in an iPhone app using Forge "ReactiveScanCodeCam", but there's a failure during the camera startup. If there are areas that need improvement in the implementation using Forge, I would appreciate guidance on that.

I don't understand the meaning of that sentence. Can you explain it more specifically? For example, how do I implement it?
The app's library is outdated, rendering it incompatible with current iOS versions. I've found new library on Github, you can download "html5qrcode_lib.js" and substitute it for the old library. This will enable the use of ScanCode on iPhones.
The new version is using html5qrcode_lib and is working better to scan the QRCode and Barcode
